A natural way of life

The meaning of life is to learn to become who you are.

On my path to self-discovery, enlightenment and fulfillment in this life's journey, I have made many experiences to heal and grow, from spirituality to Christianity, from yoga retreat to shamanic breathing and more. I have reached the stage where I  decided to live what I believe in and to share it with others so

I trained to become a certified Yoga teacher and a certified Reiki and Crystal Reiki Master.

Following our [distance] Reiki session, the next day, I seized an opportunity. I took the time to seat down at a [cafe] "terrasse" [in Paris, France], which I never do alone. Instead of getting out a book, I took my notebook and started creating. I designed a professional project that I have been wanting to launch for years and for the first time, I felt it was possible. I feel ready to get started. The Reiki session clearly gave me the needed boost and strengthened my self-confidence. I am filled with gratitude for Ramata and optimism for what is to come.

Reiki Healing is not meant to replace conventional medicine, but rather to complement and enhance it. This information is metaphysical in nature and is by no means medical. Reiki Healing should only be used with the understanding that it is not an independent therapy, but one that is a part of a holistic healing approach.

Deeply relax, release stress and improve sleep during this long guided meditation.

Yoga inspiration Kundalini:

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 am EST

Incorporate movement, breathing techniques, singing mantras, hand mudras and meditation to increase physical vitality and spiritual consciousness.
